Deputy Secretary-General of CCIEE Chen Yongjie was Invited to give an Academic Report |

On Oct. 24th,2012, Deputy Secretary-General of CCIEE, PhD. Chen Yongjie was invited by our FDI Research Center to give an academic report for our postgraduates, and the theme of his report is “30 years’ development of the private economy and the evolvement of China’s basic economic system”. Director of FDI Research Center, Professor Lu Jinyong hosted the report.
Deputy Secretary-General Chen Yongjie pointed out in his report that in the past 30 years since opening and reform, the expression of China’s basic economic system has been changed 4 times, but theoretical analysis and summary are still far behind the practice, which calls for further theoretical innovation. And then he gave several theoretical explanations for the fifth change. He also expressed that in order to further facilitate the development of private economy, not only economic measures but also political and administrative reform should be implemented to eliminate the administrative monopoly.
