On June 27, 2014, the foreign business strategy seminar, chaired by the minister of the Ministry of Commerce Gao Hucheng, was held in Beijing. Relevant departments’ leaders of the State Council and the Ministry of Commerce, heads of each department of the Ministry of Commerce, leaders of partial financial institutions and enterprise group attended the conference. The conference mainly focused on the theory and strategic issues in the development of business in the future. The International Economic and Trade College Professor Lu Jinyong was invited to attend the conference and made a special speech on “Speeding up implementing the strategy of ‘going outside’ ”.
