董秀成教授

1963年2月出生，1985年7月参加工作，中共党员，工学博士学位，对外经济贸易大学国际经济贸易学院教授/博士生导师，一带一路能源贸易与发展研究中心主任，中国国际低碳经济研究所执行所长。
