讲座题目：The Developmental Bypass: How AI Assistance Undermines Human Growth

 

讲座摘要：The focus of the presentation will be on sharing some research from our research group that shows that subjects using GenAI assistance more extensively, show lower levels of personal professional growth.

 

主讲人简介：

Gert-Jan de Vreede（GJ de Vreede） 现任美国史蒂文斯理工学院（Stevens Institute of Technology）商学院院长、信息系统教授。他本科与博士均毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学，曾任南佛罗里达大学穆马商学院副院长及代理院长、内布拉斯加大学奥马哈分校协作科学中心主任。他是“协作工程”（Collaboration Engineering）研究领域的联合创始人及“thinkLet”概念的联合发明者，拥有30余年协作技术与实践的国际咨询经验，研究成果发表于MIS Quarterly、Information Systems Research等顶级期刊。
