Born in May, 1963, Mr. Yao Xinchao is professor & doctorial tutor with School of International Trade & Economics, UIBE. With a doctor’s degree in international trade, Prof. Yao has been officially recognized by competent provincial/ministerial-level authorities as a leading young scholar and pace-setter in his chosen field of research. He also holds such part-time positions as arbitrator with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, appraisal expert with the National Social Science Fund Project, and member with Textbook Examination Committee of Ministry of Education, etc.
